Who does not love dessert, there are so many different types of dessert but these dessert are so delicious that you’ll want to bake it again and again…..

1.APPLE PIE



INGREDIENTS :- 1 cup sugar ,4tablespoon all -purpose flour ,3teaspoon ground nutmeg , 5 apple (sliced ) ,3 tablespoon butter , 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

INSTRUCTIONS:-

Step 1:- In a bowl add sugar flour and all the spices and in a separate bowl add sliced apple and lemon juice now combine both mixture and mix it gently.

Step 2:- Now line a 8(inch) pie plate with bottom crust .Fill it with apple mixture brush with butter roll remaining crust to fit top of pie. Trim ,seal and flute edges cut lines in crust

Step 3:- In a bowl beat egg white until it becomes foamy now brush this over the crust sprinkle it with sugar ,cover the edges loosely with foil.

Step 4:- remove the foil and bake at 370 degrees (c) for 20 minutes till it become golden brown remove it from oven and cool it down .

2. CREME BRULEE



INGREDIENTS:- 2 cups heavy cream, 7 tablespoon sugar , vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon ,5 egg yolks.

INSTRUCTIONS:-

Step 1:- preheat oven to 325 degrees (f)

Step 2:- In a bowl beat egg yolks add 5 tablespoon of sugar and vanilla extract beat it until it becomes creamy.

Step 3 :- In a saucepan pour heavy cream and stir on low heat till it comes to boil and remove the creame from heat now you can add the cream to the egg yolk mixture and mix it.

Step 4:- Now pour cream mixture into the top pan of double boiler stir over simmering water for about 4 minutes.

Step 5:- Start baking for 40 minutes when done remove it from oven and cool it down in room temperature for 5 minutes then directly refrigerate it from 1hr to overnight (your choice)

Step 6:- Preheat oven , In a bowl add 2 tablespoon of sugar sift this mixture evenly over custard place this under a boiler until sugar melts.

Step 7:- Immediately remove it from heat and let it cool in room temperature then refrigerate it until custard is set.

3. PAVLOVA CAKE



INGREDIENTS :- 3 egg whites , 2 cups sugar ,1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract , 1 teaspoon lemon juice ,5 strawberries/ blueberries.

INSTRUCTIONS:-

Step 1:- In a bowl start beating egg whites until it becomes foamy , add sugar but add 1 tablespoon at a time beat until it becomes thick now add vanilla extract, cornstarch, lemon juice.

Step 2 :- Preheat oven to 150 degrees ( c) on a baking sheet make a circle,put your mixture inside the circle that you have drawn spread mixture leave a slight depression in the center.

Step 3:- Bake for 1 hr 20 minutes and then cool ,in a bowl beat heavy cream until it becomes fluffy . Place meringue on serving plate now fill meringue center with whipped cream and add your favourite fruits and it’s ready to eat.
