Open Lotus Notes and go to File > Preferences.

From Preferences, select Notes Ports.

Then select Trace.

In the Trace Connections window, in Destination column type the name of Server you want to access and click on Trace option.

From the Trace Info window, you can preview the details of Server and client whether it is connected to server or not. The details show that client is connected to server and hence the problem is with other issues.
