For Indexing of AMP pages , You need to have webmaster tool account and make your have have zero error in AMP pages. After creating amp page, you have urls like www.xyz.com/posttitle/amp/ . It means amp pages have “/amp/” in end of their urls.
If you want to confirm the zero error of amp pages then your webmaster tool is showing like below screen,
After getting confirmation in webmaster tool, you have to submit your amp page urls in “Fetch as Google”.

- Mobile: Smartphone
- Mobile: XHTML/WML
- Mobile: cHTML
